Anyone else have an issue where the color profile is different between integrated and discrete? In particular, integrated color looks fine, but discrete color is over saturated.

I don't think mine has always been that way, but I'm not sure when it started either.

My screen has the blue haze over it in both modes.... I learned to live with it.

Discrete, you should be able to adjust it via the nVidia Control panel...

Both of the r1's I got have it, so I assumed it was just a cheap LCD they used. Its only the parts that should be black that have a blue tint to them.

Discrete color is controlled by nVidia and is configurable in nVidia Control Panel, while Integrated is controlled by Intel and is configurable in the Intel Control Panel. In short, change the colors in the nVidia Control Panel.
