I am starting to notice a weakening in my left hinge (I thought I was safe!) And was wondering how this whole process pans out. Ill be calling tomorrow with my warrenty but what should I be expecting? Do they only come out in certain areas? Or like my dads company pays dell for a service which has reps come out whenever they need assistance. I do not think I can spare 2 weeks right now to send my m11x in to dell considering all my classes. My m11x is my primary machine. Just wondering if I have to fight through with weak hinges for the rest of the semester or I can get someone to fix this.
Sorry if that was at all incoherent. I am very disappointed that I was finally afflicted by this event. Please ask if you need clarifications to any of my question,

UPDATE: I just called and they will be receiving the new screen tomorrow. They will call to make an appointment for the next best day.

I think some countries outside of the US don't have on-site service. Where are you?
