I love my M11x but i have had it for a while and its out of warranty and i was thinking of selling my current one to a relative and buying a new one

my only problem is how much they heat up, is that still a problem? or is the m14x a better option?

If it's overheating it probably just needs the dust blown out. If you do want a new one, order fast because they've discontinued the m11x line. As far as I know, the R2 was the hottest running model.

My R3 never goes above 70oC on the CPU or GPU. I have repasted with ICD and its quite easy to do if you take your time and follow the youtube video.

Sometimes its good to get inside and give it a thorough going over if blowing the dust out does not work.
