I've downloaded about 10 different programs and I cant seem to find a program or a way to find the vcore or vid of the i5 under full load (12x multiplier). crystalcpuid i think its inaccurate.

What does CPU-Z say? If you're trying to find the VID, CPU-Z maybe rounding up the VID to fit into 4 digits. I found that when CPU-Z would only show 1.063v for my Aspire One when it really is 1.0625v.

Its blank for CPU-Z, grayed out

Are you trying to increase Vcore with a VID mod? There is an alternative that does not require knowing the VID and that is voltmodding the voltage regulator.
-
i want to do the voltage mod but i need to know the max voltage mod to know which pins to modify
-
And I was suggesting a different mod entirely. I can't think of anything else to help, sorry.
-
oh sorry i didnt understand what you were saying. how do i volt mod the voltage regulator without knowing the max voltage? i have the data sheet.

i tried soddering vid0 to vid 1 to vid 2 because i think vid 1 is ground.
edit: it did nothing. -

not familiar with what vdroop is. i only gt the .9375 voltage from crystalcpuid under intel enhanced speedstep control it displays varying voltages and ive seen it cap out at .9375 when doing benchmarks so i assumed the max voltage was .9375.

i would also note that there are two ADP3211's. There is one on the side where the keyboard is placed on top of it and there is one on the other side where the heatsink is placed. so far i've just tried soddering the one on top where the keyboard rest.
