So I've been watching my GPU stuff ever since I began getting the BSOD thanks to the Nvldmkm.sys problem. Alright nothing I do seems to fix the problem I might have found something to do with it and wanted to know if anyone had ever seen this before.

When watching my GPU usage in EVGA it constantly goes from 0 to 281% and back to zero. it does it very rapidly and with no use on the card at all. If I get in a game and get back out sometimes it quits bouncing like that, sometimes it does not.

Anyone have any ideas as to what would cause this? I have never seen it before.

i think it is because when the GPU isnt in use it downclocks, so the in-use clock speed is 2.81* that resting clock speed. Just a guess.
