I stumbled across Event Viewer today. I've never seen it before, and have no experience with it. It has me worried though because it shows a huge amount of warnings, quite a bit of errors, and very few critical issues. Should I be alarmed? I'm pretty sure the critical issues are from when I held down the power button to shut the laptop off because the display wouldn't turn on after being awakened from sleep. The errors seem to be related to the computer being in and out of sleep. I have been noticing how the computer likes to take twenty seconds or so to respond to my clicks after being taken out of sleep. It appears Steam and FAtraymon.exe effect it. I'm not sure how to uninstall fatraymon though. I definitely don't want to uninstall Steam.

Edit: I actually fixed the slowness of coming out of sleep. The cause was FAtraymon and the face access thing. But should I still be worried about the issues in Event Viewer?

I also saw something called a Phantom drivers under Device & Printers. I found something from the internet that helped me display all my hidden USB drivers. I uninstalled two drivers that were unknown, but the Phantom device is still there. Can anybody help me please? Thanks for any help.

What model do you have? I remember the phantom device appearing on my R1. I just ignored it. But, I haven't gotten that on my newer models.

I have a refurbished R1. I wonder if it appeared because I dropped my external hard drive and the USB got ripped out in mid data transfer.

I also have a Phantom device. Sounds cool, does it boost my PC to 8.9Ghz?

I'll check out that link DeeVu posted.
