    Did they ever release a patch to fix the issues going on with NV? I wanna buy this game but I dont wanna put up with the hassle of all the step by step guides to make it playable.

    There was a patch, not sure which specific issues it foxed as I finished the game before the patch was out ;)

    But you might want to know, if you OC even a bit, you get shader glitches and fragments. Also the game has a little stutter. Just be careful, the mods for the game are awesome :) .
