    Hey all!

Just received my m11xr2 today, few quires I'd like your help on:

    1. The touchpad every now and again becomes non-responsive. Often this happens for a few good seconds, once it required an actual reboot.

    2. After I log into my account, I get a completely black screen for a few seconds before the desktop shows up - common?

    3. The facial recognition software - it's never ready by the time the login screen comes up. It worked very well the very first few times, but after installing a few apps and Windows updates, i am now left waiting in the login screen for the camera to fire up. Is this normal? If it is, how do I remove it? I've removed it from msconfig and unchecked the box for facial recognition use during login and it still comes up next time I restart the pc.

    Thanks for your time.

I think other users report the touchpad being unresponsive as well. You just have to get use to it like the keyboard and screen. Also AlienSense should be disabled. Unless you REALLY NEED facial recognition LOL (I think its there to make people feel special - I dont see how it can be useful at all - as I could just boot in safe mode and its disabled) Try disabling stuff in the msconfig.exe
Everything should be okay to disable accept nvidia stuff and I like to keep the synaptics driver so its not terrible.
