When not plugged in even with EVGA precision and Throttle Stop Running I can only get 15fps on Crysis 2. As soon as I plug in it jumps to 35fps??

I have the settings in battery at high performance?

I might be wrong but go to nvidia control panel > manage 3dsettings and there should be a power management option and put it to prefer maximum performance

A starting point, and the extent that I'm familiar with, would be checking the advanced power settings for the high performance state.

Check that everything matches when running on battery and AC. Namely, that the minimum processor state is set to 100% even on battery. It might be throttling. Default Windows configuration has the it set to 5% on battery as appose to 100% on AC.

Checking the power settings of any applicable GPU drivers would also be prudent.

maybe your battery needs to be replaced

btw, i wouldnt use throttlestop while on battery, thats probably how it got ruined in the first place
