    I got my mouse and as soon as I got it, plugged it in it worked. I wiggle the chord and it is dead>.< Not gonna name anyone I got it fromn :) Anyways I got it wOrking.

    Its the Alienware TactX mouse. If you ebayed it, file a claim ASAP. If you got it through Dell, call em up.

    damn that sucks, my cousin had a mouse like that, it only worked if the cord was in a certain position

    also contact the ebay seller if you got it from them, tell him and they might refund you
    i got really lucky with one guy, bought something from him, and it broke in shipping so he sent me a new one
