    Optimus issue perhaps?

Check this video out and make sure you are running the latest drivers:

yeah i know that, but the problem is that my initiere computer is slow. it takes ages to browse the web because my processor has to do everything. i just wanted to hear if it was possible to get the graphics card to do its job so the processor dosnt have to do it. if you understand what i mean. but thanks for your respond

The graphics card will only handle graphics related tasks (like 3D games and HD video). If your entire system is slow, forcing the graphics card to run all the time won't make it take any load off the CPU if the tasks that are running are not graphics related.

There may be something else causing the slowness such as malware or a failing hard drive. Reboot and load the built-in hard drive diagnostics to check for errors. Do a memory diagnostics as well. Then, do a full system scan for viruses, or better yet, back up your data and reinstall Windows.

EDIT: I completely forgot about CUDA which offloads processing to the GPU.

Why don't you add there all the programs you use? Did you try to use the FN key to switch GFX cards? There used ot be one on older models.
