HELP! deleted mouse/keyboard and realtek driver by accident!

Im really lost at what to do now.

Tried installing 266.58 nvidia driver using the complete clean driversweeper method.

i think i unchecked microsoft mouse, and realtek audio in driversweeper...But after the installation my external mouse and external keyboard both dont work. Not to mention NO usb devices are working either (powered though) As well theres no audio whatsoever.

Tried reinstalling realtek HD driver 5 times, but nothing is happening. Reboot, complete realtek installation windows said there was a problem installing driver.

Please help!

did you try a windows system restore to a point in time before you installed the nvidia drivers? if all else fails i believe alienrespawn can backup your stuff and restore your os to factory settings.

I tried system restore but for some reason it failed. I dont remember the message...

anyways i reverted to the old nvidia driver and EVERYTHING worked again, USB, sound etc. weird.....

has anyone had issues with 266.58 driver thats just weird?
