It looks great for playing mmo's. I plan on using it for DDO and LoTRO. I can't seem to find any reviews or even much info at all on it. I like to hook my m11x up to the TV and play games like that. I have a giftcard to newegg and am debating between this gamepad or as wireless headset.

50 bucks says you will need to edit registry files to get to work with games... Get this if you really want to improve the way you play mmo's
RAZER Naga Massively Multiplayer Online Gaming Mouse
i have 2 of these and let me tell you a slight learning curve but boy once you stick with it and get it down your dps or hps will be incredibly increased! you have 12 buttons that you hit with your thumb and you can key bind alt+1-12 and ctrl+12 and shift+1-12 giving you 48 commands you hit with your thumb!

Looks like an Xbox360 remote with a chatpad hard wired to it...

Hands down my favorite for MMOs (WOW). The configurability is insane to put it mildly. There is a learning curve as well, but its so worth it.
