The 2nd headset jack on my M11x-R2 is no longer working. The laptop detects that I am plugging something into it, but there is no audio. If I plug into the other headset jack, it works just fine. Does anyone have any suggestions to fix the 2nd jack?

You most likely configured your speakers to 5.1 surround mode, and forgot about it.

Go into Windows Control Panel --> Sound --> (right-click) Speakers / Headphones --> Configure Speakers.

Do you have your speakers configured to Stereo, or 5.1 sound?

Not exactly, but you were on the right track. My speakers were set to Stereo, but for some reason only the 1st headset jack was working. I plugged a headset into the 2nd headset jack and switched to 5.1 surround, then back to Stereo, and now it is working again. I don't know why that happened, but it is working now. Thanks!
