Hi when I put some video or music on my R2 I can hear like the vibrations of the speaker or like something is not tight. Any one having this problem? Or it is normal...

I have the same issue with my right speaker. :( My original M11x didn't have this issue. My replacement one does. Kind of annoying...

Definitely worth calling Dell support about in order to have it fixed.

Are you entitled to call Dell and ask for replacement until you are fully satisfied? Like getting an entire replacement for the thing but still having problems with it and getting another one.

Your standard 1 year warranty entitles you to a system that's free of defects. Your speakers not working properly certainly qualifies as a defect.

Can someone contact Alienware service about this problem to see if it is a hardware failure or a something else? I am not in US now so I cant contact them...
