    hello,
    when I start my windows is show an error occurred.

    Error#-5

    visit InstallShield - Consumer Central for more information..

    already go to that website and search for error 5 but then it show server not found..

    help me...

    I'm not sure if this'll help but give this a try. Go to C:\ProgramData. Inside You'll find the Installshield folder. Right-click and rename it to "InstallshieldOld" and try installing again.
