Hong Kong Retailers

Has anyone got details of a retail stockist in hongkong that stocks current R3 M11x and M14x (Hongkong spec from dell website).

I understand you can order direct from DELL but i am told that there are certain retailers in malls/computer centres than have stock for walk in and buy.

Also anyone gone the 11" Macbook Air and M11x combo for travelling a lot?

 

I live in Hong Kong and unfortunately, there isn't any walk in a buy retail shops in Hong Kong where you can buy built M11x R3 and M14x..
You can try buying second hand ones but not recommended.

 

On another forum i was just informed that Broadway stores sell alienware computers (Non configurable - base HK spec) but only at certain branches - He mentioned Ocean centre shopping mall opposite the sonystyle shop in there. But yet to confirmation.

 

I'm visiting here now and I found a retailer with both the m14x and m11x r3. Suning is the store and you can find it in the basement (down escalator from the street) of the Windsor mall by Victoria Park. Opposite Ikea/Park Lane Hotel. For info, Fortress have a store on the same floor.

I didn't haggle too hard but if it helps I managed to get the price of the m14x down from the advertised $14999 to $13600. The guys English was pretty ropey, so forgive me if they don't carry them in stock after all but that was my understanding!

I'm going there again in a few hrs to have another look at them. More than likely I'll buy from the UK though-I think I could probably get a better deal and have a better chance of receiving help/support if theres anything wrong with it!

 

Have you seen M11x R3 i5 or i7 motherboard on sale there?
I would love to upgrade my R2 motherboard !!!!
