I may buy black ops in the near future and I was wondering how well it runs on the m11x. May as well save my money if it just doesn't like the system right?

    System stats:
    Win7 Home Premium
    Model: Alienware M11xR2
    Processor: Intel Core i5 CPU U520 @ 1.07GHz 1.07
    Ram: 8.00 GB
    System type: 64-bit OS
Graphics Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M

From what a few people said about the R1 it runs well but what about the R2? Plus some games that supposivly "Can be run easily at maxed on the m11x" Will just act strange on mine ( tf2 mainly, max graphics but fps ranges from 5-60).

I can play it on my i7 on extra and shadows without problem. Around 30-40fps. Even higher at lower settings (shadows off brings about 40-45). The only thing is there is a bug right now where you have to manually disable AA in the Nvidia control panel or else the game wont start. It'll bring you to a black screen and you will have to end the processes. Other than that I would recommend it. I played on an R1 and it is definitely worth it in the R2.

I may buy a lot of games in the future... Doesn't mean I'm going to make a thread about each one... Especially when its been discussed in GREAT detail and there are GUIDES available on how to optimize it.

On my i7 it works fine. Max settings minus AA and Shadows giving me more fps leaving me with a nice 50-60 Fps which is more important than the minor appearance decrease in multiplayer, so the i5 should be able to run it fine.
