So i recently had to reinstall a new copy of windows 7. Now I am missing a couple of things I once had setup but can't figure out what I need. I am missing a driver and I think its for the hard drive anti shock damage protection. Secondly I installed alienfx and have it set to turn off when I unplug but all the lights do not shut off, and lastly I installed the latest driver from synaptics but the disable touchpad when mouse is detected option is gone. Can someone instruct me on what to do?

    1. that missing driver is probably the free fall sensor driver and can be downloaded from dell.com
    2. dont know about programing alienfx to turn off lights automatically but there is a shortcut key to go dark
    3. go to command center, alientouch, option should be there to disable

I loaded all the dell drivers, and still had a couple unknown devices. A windows update fixed it, so give that shot if you have not yet.
