Installed latest driver but no Physx enabled?

Ok i have installed the latest drivers from here;

but now it seems as if there is a problem with physx.. two games I haven't been able to run due to the physx failure, and when I open GPUz there is no physx checkedd at the bottom?! what gives.. is there a failure here or a setting that I must adjust.. I have also tried to load the latest physx drivers from Nvidia and they fail saying the latest driver is already on my system.. I am running an R2.. Help!

I haven't needed to install the modified 265.90 drivers, but you might want to see if installing PhysX by itself helps. I'd ask others in the community built driver thread first though.

Uninstall the current Physx, then reinstall the latest again.

Yea. I did the uninstall and then reinstall but i used the physx that came with the game so all seems well at the moment
