I installed the newest version of the Intel HD driver "8.15.10.2321". The only issue that I now have: when viewing websites or just looking at pictures "nongaming" i find that sometimes the graphics flicker for a second. It doesn't go black or anything like that.. But for example. The blue on this forum might be a lighter blue for JUST a second then back to the normal blue. Anyone else have this issue?? or is there a way to fix it?

Have a look at Intel graphics setting for power saving. There's an option called Intel DPST which can change the contrast of the screen, but it doesn't really cause 'flicker'.
