    Is it possible to request for another nameplate?

    I got my m11x R1 from the U.S. and brought it back here to the Philippines, i wash in a rush ba0ck then and forgot to request for a nameplate(i got the default m11x etch. I was emailing dell about it but instead always forwarded me to Alienware phone support which i was unable to call for i am here already in the Philippines.

    Is it possible to request for just the nameplate? Does anyone know the email add for Alienware support? (i was unable to find their email add...only their support no.s)

    I am looking at possibly getting one of these bad boys (the M11x), and when you do a personalize on the Dell web site to select hardware, etc for pricing, I didn't see anything about personalizing the nameplate. Do they just use your name off of the billing info or what?

    Which country are you from? I believe someone from Canada said in the owner's thread that it wasn't an option for him.

    That is correct, in Canada we can't set a custom nameplate but I would love to get one for my computer if anyone knows how/where to get it.
