Hi guys, i have unfortunate news. My m11x broke... and wouldent turn on. So i sent it to dell to be fixed.

However. After dealing with this think for like 32 days... is it possible for me to exchange it for a dell xps 15?

All around its bigger. IDC about battery life. So the dell xps 15 is for me.

Also its cheaper than my top spec m11x. Is it possible to exchange computers through dell if im past the 21 day return?

Is there any possible way? Cause im telling you right now. I dont want my m11x back... I left it in the same spot. FOr like 32 days and the accelerometer bugged out. It started smoking. And then the next day it wouldent turn on....

So i would really like a different laptop!!! IF anyone knows please fill me in!!

    Thanks in advance.

If you call the American call center and complain enough they might do somehi g. I know some people on this site have gotten whole new laptops by doing that.

That is a question nobody here can answer!
You should talk to Dell support and work out a solution.

With that said, i'm closing this thread since there's no point in bikering about this around here.
