    Hi,

After reinstalling Win7 I've noticed that my touch pad is too sensitive, my second head phone socket doesn't work when both are plugged in and my USB reader only works with a adapter! I've tried updating the Device Manager but nada! Also, does anyone know where I can d/l Alienware facial recognition app?
    Help, pls!!

Hey mate, which model have you got? If it's the R3 I suspect that your USB issue might have to do with the right hand USB 3.0 ports, which will only work once you have installed the driver for them available on the Dell website. With regards to the second headphone jack, have you installed the audio drivers?

In regards to the facial recognition software, not sure about that one, usually turns out to be more of a hinderance than a help I have found.
