Just got my new M11 in, looks nice, runs nice.

However I am having a very annoying problem with the manual left and right buttons.

It is very insensitive to the point that I need to depress it really hard to be able to drag something without it losing focus.

If, for example, I try to drag a big 'select all' box across my entire desktop it will lose focus and "unclick" before I can get it all. If I just tap like I normally do with every other mouse and laptop I've used, the click doesn't even register.

Is it defective? I don't know if I can get used to that.

    Anyone?

The computer works wonderfully otherwise, but it's just damned hard to use the onboard mouse buttons.

Faulty! The sensitivity of the buttons can not be adjusted. Now, If it was me, I'd strip it down and check the button PCB is seated correctly. But I should really recommend you give Dell a call and tell 'em it's faulty. Just say the buttons don't work at all, you've tried an external mouse and that works fine. Shouldn't be any arguments there.
