    Hey guys,

I recently was playing some games on my computer with the charger plugged in and when I closed the game noticed I had 4% battery remaining.... The charger had the green light but the computer was not charging. I never messed with the BIOS so nothing is changed in there..... Called Alienware Support and they said its either my motherboard or something to do with the battery.... Did everything possible to get it to work... no luck. Sending it in asap to get everything fixed up..... (Luckily I had enough battery life to pull my stuff for my finals off of the computer before it died)

    Anyone have this issue?

Remove the battery and AC adaptor and hold down the power button for 30 seconds to discharge it and then put it all back together.

Does the light come on the brick? Could need the CMOS battery reset if not.
