I update My M11X R3 to WIN10 by automatic update from Windows it self.
Everything work smooth except 1394 driver.

After I tested with External monitor I have some interesting result.

This is my screen after boot.
It shows intel and nVIDIA control panel works together = Otimus enable.

This is after I hook up external monitor and use with extend desktop.
Show outs still Intel and nVIDIA works together = Otimus enable.

This is a only second screen output.
Intel control panel is disabled. But still shows out it is on hardware lists.
but only nVIDIA's GPU is activated and clearly shows out only nVIDIA GPU is working.
I can feel some improvement when I play Diablo3. = Optimus Disable.

This is an interesting result after I update WIN10

Did you install aftermarket nvidia driver with moded info file or did win10 find and install the driver?

Thanks for sharing your findings. Are you missing any drivers or anything?

1394 port driver is not working. Except that one, everything works fine.

Why would that be weird? This is an R3 with real Optimus, not the switchable graphics of the R1. This is the first reference to modded drivers I've seen for the R3. If the R3 does need modded drivers, where can I get them? All the Win10/M11x threads I see are about the R1 or unrelated R2 drivers (BT, for example).

Per the OP, when you right-click the nVidia GPU Activity monitor and click "More Information" scroll down to "Notes" and you will find this:
    Notes:
    • Programs and videos that launch on external displays that are driven by the NVIDIA GPU will always use the NVIDIA GPU rather than the integrated graphics processor, regardless of the "preferred graphics processor" selection.

I used drivers from official Dell support. and works fine with WIN10
for Graphic card driver, I use official from nVIDIA and Win10 default for Intel decelerator.

R3 does not need modded drivers. R1 and maybe R2 do.
