The new benchmark for Final Fantasy XIV 2.0 was realeased on the 22nd: FINAL FANTASY XIV: A Realm Reborn Official Benchmark - EXPLORATION

I have been playing around with my the settings and so far i cant get much higher than 1593 as a score on medium.

3DMark06 scores my m11x at about 8.3k~ which seems quite comfy for this machine.
    Componants are as follows:
    I7 2617 @1.5GHz
    540M GPU
    6k RAM
    Win7 64bit
    (Nothing Overclocked)

I want to boost my FFXIV score though as the game plays laggy even after a few hours of in-game tweaking. Has anyone else tried this yet?

Hopefully overclocking should help me out. I have been reading a lot on the do's and don'ts of OCing as i have never done it before. Any extra tips / advice. Most of the OC threads relate to the R1/R2. I guess the principle is the same.

Have you run the benchmark again recently? I just ran it on my m11x r3, and scored 5503 on standard.

I managed to get some pretty good scores on my m11x, on the initial benchmark though. I will double check the settings I play as but it looks smooth and pretty :)

Yep, mine runs great on standard laptop settings with virtually no lag (busy bits of city and then not much). Does get a bit warm but I use HWINFO to whack the fan on full and use a cooling pad.
