    Heres a video with Fraps:
Saints Row The Third on M11x R3 - YouTube

Runs on medium(dx11) with 28-45 fps (depending on zone)
with fraps(recording) on, 23-30 (dropped to 19 at one point)
I tried it on high, only got 18-23fps.

This is with the GT 540m overclocked.(my spec is in my sig)

For an i3,that fps is not bad, especially considering that you were on high

My R2 i5 runs smoothly on medium settings with DX11. Frames are always above 24 even when driving, indoor scenes are more than 35 frames/sec.
Remember to run the game by DX11 mode, it's pretty laggy on DX9, dont know why.

The GPU in the R2 isn't DX11 compatible. Are you talking about DX10?

I run the game by saintsrowthethird_dx11.exe, I also try ultra settings, it lets my play but with ~10fps

On my i7 R3 it runs everything on high and ultra amazingly. The gpu is overclocked, but it ran silky for like 6hours straight. I used the dx11 file, and it looked better than gta4 ever did on the ps3, no slowdown at all!!

It runs smooth enough on my R2 (o/c'd 166MHz CPU) on medium settings at native resolution. I don't know how to track the fps, but I'm guessing it varies from 5-35 which is playable. The same probably applies to R1 systems since the specs of the two are more or less the same.

Finally played it on my R3 i5,I can play with most settings on high, for some reason the M11X can NOT handle playing with the lighting settings on high, but can handle everything else on high?By not handle I mean ~30FPS (I can play BF3 on 25FPS but for some reason Saints Row the Third is much more noticeable the frame rate lag)

the R1 and R2 do not support DX11 in any way shape or form. by running that dx11 .exe its defaulting to dx10 or 10.1 most likely. this goes for the GT335m not the GT540m

Haven't used my R2 for games in months, just recently got Saints Row 3, and decide to fire it up on the laptop to see how it would do. From what I've read on here, other people play this game on medium settings with no issues. For me, on low graphics, as the computer heats up the longer I play the game, the game starts to become unplayable due to low frame rates. No overclocking done to my computer, and I'm on the beta 290 drivers (280 ran like crap).

Any ideas what's going on? I tried the throttlestop turboboost hack, and that didn't really help.

Ive been playing on my R1 mostly on low settings. This is the first game I have really wanted to play that doesn't play so well on my R1. Its starting to show its age. I have been considering the 2ghz pinmod OC just because of Saints Row 3. I'm waiting to get my hinge fix though before I do the mod. The game is definitely very playable on low, but loses some decent eye candy.

I have tried to play this game on my m11x r3 core i5 model and for some odd reason, there is a considerable amount of lag after 10-15 mins. The FPS drop considerably. It gets very annoying.
