Right guys. I know there are post on the site about this issue..i've been searching the net and trying to find out things, but it's cooking my head in.

I've had the m11x today, installed CSS on it..and want to play it..and on the intel graphics card im getting 39 fps. How'd i activate the Nvidia graphics card?

If somone could help me, that would be great.

If it's an M11x R1 then you had the right idea.

If it's an R2 the FN+F6 trick won't work. You'll need to put the game on the whitelist.

You can tell if it's an R2 if it doesn't have a VGA port, and instead has HDMI and DisplayPort on the left side of the laptop.

If your using the standard Dell drivers I found that my whitelist wasn't working. Check out the modified driver thread, after I downloaded and installed the new drivers my whitelist worked perfectly.

Some people have had trouble with Dell's releases of the video drivers with Steam games. The first thing I'd try is updating your drivers with the newer ones Kopicha has posted here (a search will get you there).

haven't had any problem with the 257.30 drivers from dell. checked control panel, whitelist has valve.exe listed, so anytime you use a steam game it runs. have ME2 and DAO through steam and everything works fine.
