    PS:
My warrenty is still valid, I just dont want to send it back to BB again. Yes again I sent it the first time because my hinge broke so they replaced the hinge and LCD which is good because I had a dead pixel, but they still didn't repair the BSOD error that I mentioned. They said they it didn't happen so they could see the error nor replicate the error. Geek Squad FTL

probably due to unstable overclock? Try diasbling OC and see if it still happens.

Ok, so the file causing all but the last of the BSODs is hal.dll.

Hal.dll is a tunnel through which programs can interact with hardware. (For more specific info, see Microsoft Windows library files - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia.) Unfortunately, narrowing it down to hal.dll isn't specific enough, at least not for me with my limited knowledge. It could be an unstable OC like hypervision said, it could be a driver issue, or it could be a hardware problem.

The last BSOD is a little more interesting. RTKVHD64.sys is a driver file corresponding to the Realtek sound card. If you google this filename, all the top results are about how it causes bluescreens. Looking through the google results, I see two suggestions. First, if you don't use the 5.1 output, you can remove the Realtek drivers and let Windows install drivers for it automatically. The second option is to remove them and install again. Try the ones listed on support.dell.com when you put in your model, or try a set directly from realtek ( Realtek). Perhaps that will stop the bluescreens.
