Hello again, everyone. Previous thread was closed so I'm starting a new one. I got optimus to work with Windows 10 for the m11x R1!!!!!! Super excited.

You can run with the latest Intel graphics driver Windows 10 already installed.
Download NVidia graphics driver for 335m Windows 10 (version 341.74)
Run it, then end its task after it decompresses the files. It will save the files to your C:\Nvidia\ folder.
Download the file I have linked:
    http://www.mediafire.com/download/auyms7suu3fv6xs/341.74_NVidia_INFs.zip
Decompress it, it has 2 INF files, copy those files to the NVidia folder. For me this was at:
    C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\341.74\Win8_WinVista_Win7_64\International\Display.Driver\

Overwrite the two files that are there (if you didn't already rename them as a backup).

Right click on the START button, select Device Manager.
Right click on the NVidia display driver, select UNINSTALL, check the checkbox for "Delete the driver software...", hit OK.

This is the part that was giving me difficulty. The biggest issue is, if you attempt to install a different version of the 335m driver, driver signing kicks in and stops you. Follow the steps below after you uninstall the NVidia driver...

Step 1 - Right Click START button, SYSTEM
Step 2 - Advanced system settings
    Step 3 - Hardware
Step 4 - Device Installation Settings
Step 5 - "No, let me choose what to do"
Step 6 - "Never install driver software from Windows Update" (just do it manually)
NOTE - Personally, I have the "Automatically get the device app... [cont.]" option checked... not sure if it matters.
Step 7 - Reboot and get to the startup menu. There are two ways to do this. One is to change to the Legacy Startup Menu option, hit F8 on reboot (Steps here - http://winaero.com/blog/enable-the-legacy-windows-7-like-boot-menu-in-windows-10/) OR you can reboot and as you see the Windows blue symbol and the spinning circle of dots, power off the system, force it off and on, as it boots back up, look to see if it still has the spinning blue "wait" as it's booting up... if it's spinning blue dots, force it off again and try again, but if it says startup repair, then let it continue (it's brute-force-like, but it works)... after you get into the startup repair, just select "advanced options" and "startup menu" when you get to it, it'll reboot then give you the startup menu.
Step 8 - IN THE STARTUP MENU - Select "Disable Driver Signing"
Step 9 - Let it boot up, log in
Step 10 - Go to where your NVidia drivers decompressed and you moved the 2 INF files to (again, mine was located here:
    C:\NVIDIA\DisplayDriver\341.74\Win8_WinVista_Win7_64\International)
    Step 11 - Run Setup.exe
Step 12 - I ran the "Custom (Advanced)" setup, Uncheck "NVidia GeForce Experience", and check "Perform a clean install".
Step 13 - Let it finish.

It's a pain, but it's nice to have the latest drivers.

Tested with Unity3D and GuildWars 2 and it's lovely!

Original old thread, in case you want to modify the INFs yourself for future updates:

Edit 1 - Forgot to mention the background/reason for this -

I had issues with the original Windows 10 driver. I couldn't right-click/run-with-NVidia with any game. Even when the game was set in the NVidia card in the NVidia Control Panel, it wouldn't run with the NVidia card. Both the Intel and NVidia cards showed installed and working in Device Manager, but it wouldn't allow me to switch. The above info was what worked for me. I can now right-click and "Run with...", or set it to run automatically with the NVidia card in the NVidia control panel.

If you load the driver available from Windows, and it works for you, ignore the above, otherwise, if you have issues, please try my solution. It's worth it to have Optimus back, IMO.

Edit 2 - Arg, one more thing (I have ADD, I forget a lot of stuff... please forgive! :) )

If you have the "looping at boot" issue, go into BIOS, switch from "Switchable" to Discrete. This allows Windows to finish loading the driver. Once it finishes loading the driver, you'll have no more looping at boot.

Switch back to "Switchable" after the installation and it will boot normally again. If you successfully ran the update above, you should then show options for choosing graphics. If you didn't, at the very least, you won't have the looping/forever-loading issue anymore.

341.92 also works with modified INFs once you disable driver signature enforcement in advanced startup.
