Hey guys, I just updated the nvidia drivers on my r1 and did a clean install. When my computer restarted, the resolution was reset to 800 x 600 but I'm only given the option to increase that to 1024 x 768. Unless my eyes have started to bug out or something, I'm pretty sure I had a higher resolution before this last update. Any help in changing the resolution would be much appreciated.

Since you are a rep from AW, can you tell us if there is any upcoming GPU driver in development either for Optimus or the Hybrid setup?

Talking about bugging, I have a problem with my 2nd Alienware M11x R1 [bought for my brother]:
although the bluetooth is connected to my motherboard [I'm an software dev] and everything is set enabled in bios, the jmicron controller [the firewire and card reader] and the bluetooth don't work; I'm not talking about drivers but connection, I can't "see" the chipset in device manager and neither in linux by lspci or lsusb, nothing... maybe a motherboard failure ?

My own personal M11x R1 is great, 120GB SSD, pinmod to 2Ghz, bios mod +0.5 @3D... everything is great, even the dual boot + virtualization, personally tuned

edit: after taking out, puting in and testing testing... finally, the turn on adapter option appeared... God solved my bluetooth problem :)) no explanation is available
