Hey there, first time poster on this forum looking for some help with DPC latency issues on my M11x R2. Audio and video stutters occasionally at random for no apparent reason, and I've had this issue for as long as I've had the laptop (about 2 months now).

I think have isolated the problem to nvlddmkm.sys, i.e., my NVIDIA drivers, as can be seen from its 62 ms execution time at the top of the picture. Changing my drivers hasn't helped, and though I'm using 266.58 now, I've been through 260.99 and 257.30, and none have made any appreciable difference. I've tried disabling PowerMizer using the method recommended in the link below, and that has gotten the GPU to seemingly suffer less weird spikes in activation according to Afterburner, but the DPC spikes remain, and now my video also suffers from some vsync issues. It is almost impossible to listen to music on my laptop, and any help would be much appreciated!

The stuttering's been present for me with two different hard drives, so... yeah, hope there's a solution.

I'm also suffering from the latency issue. When using external usb ASIO-enabled sound card, it doesn't take much for it to get into "audio-crackling-slowmo-mode".
Have to use the internal sound card for everyday use and just hope i wont get crackling sound when in need of the external card.
...No, it's not an issue with the external sound card drivers. It has to be something in the m11x. Apparently the nvidia drivers.
