    M11x R2 bugs sorted out or buy ?

    I am wanting an M11x.. Just signed up for this site.. ( Great site by the way . Thank You ). I don't know what to get.. I read for hours on topics on the M11x R1 vs R2.. the bugs .. the issues. Then I see HP has an Envy 14 out.

    Lastnight I was reading about WoW and the fps issues .. all in the end it was due to non removal of old drivers for the graphic card.. either Alienware or User issue. ( or thats what it was left at )

    I read about track pad issues.. I got to say, in a store yesterday on there demo model of the m11x r1 .. it felt like I was rubbing my finger on the end of my flashlights rubber on/off switch.. Was the pad just dirty for over use of various customers or is this normal?

    Is r1 better then r2? All in all in the end.. are the bugs sorted out? Will there be an end to the issues?

    I know I probably should put the track pad into that thread.. the graphics issues into that thread.. and so on. But, to get to the question.. I saw one say he is taking his R2 back and getting " ordered " his HP Envy 14..

    Looking at hp site .. I did see NICE photos of it..I like the internal dvd player.. track pad..It is a NICE screen ( seen in Frys, I think it was ) Better graphics card according to :
    Notebookcheck: ATI Mobility Radeon HD 5650
    VS
    Notebookcheck: NVIDIA GeForce GT 335M
    I don't know about how well it handles heat ( the HP ).

    I'm not sure how fast or how much the user would have to /sigh until fixes for bugs were actually done on the M11x .. vs say HP if they had issues with the say.. ' Envy 14 ' Which I have not reviewed as much as I have with the M11x (which is not THAT much but hours spent).

    Then there are other laptops to consider.. I don't know what ones I would be interested besides M15x or ASUS : )

    So back to origional thoughts, M11x. if the bugs are worked out, is it worth getting vs this HP Envy 14?

    OR is an M15x in my list.

    I want something that is going to last.. Something I can plug into my 46'' sony bravia and watch Netflix. Something I can game with with EverQuest ( anyone play EQ with there m11x? 'high end' raiding with 45 players fps? Also be able to play my Unreal Tournment III.

    My desktop can not handle UT III.

    It would be nice to have the laptop plug into my 21.6 monitor and tv as said :)

    I hope this is the right place for this question.. If not. I truely am sorry. I am just frusterated on reading hours of issues to have to read more hours of fixes from you GREAT folks out there.. Just trying to cheet on a straight answere here :D
