I'm planning to replace the motherboard on my M11x R2 and I saw a few ad that sells the MB without the VGA Card (GT 335m) with a cheaper price than the one with VGA card.
So the question is it possible to use my old VGA card into the new MB(The one w/o VGA Card)? Because I know that the processor is soldered to the MB, but how about the VGA?

The GPU and the GPU's RAM are soldered to the board I'm afraid.

CPU, GPU, GPU ram are all soldered to the motherboard and cannot be taken out or replaced.

I was under the impression that the motherboard of the M11x came in two parts: the primary board and a daughter board. One has the GPU and attached cooling components, and the other has the CPU. I may be wrong, however.

You can use your old GPU, there are service shops that can replace it for you. It's like reballing a xbox 360 GPU/CPU.
I don't know how much this would cost.

It is soldered in the motherboard, it can be taken apart but it might be complicated if you don't know the process. Better take it to a repair shop.
