    Hello,

I bought my M11x R2 a little over 1 year ago, and currently my keyboard has some parts where the leds are noticeably dim and the overall keyboad seems to have lost intensity.

Is this enough reason to call Dell and ask for a replacement/repair? I still have about a year of on-site warranty.

    Thank you!

Make sure the option in AlienFX is not set to "Dim Lighting Zones"

It won't be enough to have your parts replaced either way

Not its not in dim mode. Yeah I figured it wouldn´t be enough to warrant a replacement keyboard.

    Thank you!
