    Hi all,

Ordered my M11x on Saturday! Bit disappointed by the fact it won't get here until the 9th though :( got the i5 version.

I'm familiar with MSI afterburner (Came with my desktop GPU) however I was wondering some levels that give a performance boost without putting much stress on the system. Also if there are any better applications out there let me know and I'll give them a try on my desktop beforehand.

    Thanks,

    Don't forget about ThrottleStop!

CPU Temps should stay below 90C
GPU Temps should stay below 80C

throttlestop doesnt work with Sandy BRidge processors so you are stuck using turbo boost. also, any OC is safe on the m11x because if you overdo it the GPU automatically clocks down. if that happens reboot and try a lower OC.

That's good to know. Out of curiosity what kind of benchmark scores should I be expecting on this? (stock) I'd be using 3dmark06.

i gone to 782Mhz core, at 800Mhz it gets twitchy, fails to display the image right in kombustor, 1068Mhz memory, though didn't check for max on this. It gives roughly 20FPS in D3D 11, 1280x720 or w/e the stock is. from ~77fps to ~98fps.

It is fairly decent performance up. didn't try any CPU overclocking though.
