    Hi!

    I'm having a problem with my R3.

The 2 usb 3.0 ports on the right side of the computer is not working. They are supplying power but the computer doesn't recognize any devices.

If i look under the device manager the "Renzas USB 3.0 Host controller" is marked with a yellow triangle and says (Error 10 - The device could not start)

I have tried disabling/enbling it without sucess.

I'm also unable to use the 2 ports to use an external keyboard in BIOS, altrough i can use the left port without problems :/

    Anyone got any ideas?

tried reinstalling the usb 3.0 drivers? could be that controller died somehow? i had same error for my wifi card, so i dunno really, i sent it back for a replacement one, as i couldn't get it to work and i tried everything :d

from my research you get that error when windows can't determine the reason why it isn't working, so it could be driver or it could be hardware... basically sky is the limit, Smurfs might be living there :O !

Sorry for dragging this post back up, especially since nobody except un4tural will identify with your issue. If you do a search, you will see my posts about this issue. I almost thought that I wrote it. It's a motherboard issue. Your only solution is to return and repurchase another unit. I can't believe that I am actually coming back to the m11x but no other machine is like it if you love gaming in a small form factor. I am going from the i7 to the i5 hoping that USB3 works! :)
