    Hi,

Is there a recovery partition I can use to recover all my file to factory state? Is there something like my sony where there is a program I use which essentially restore back to factory setting from a factory image which came with the pc? thx

Yes, you can trigger the restore from the Dell datasafe program or hit F8 at boot up and select the correct option.

    Edit: It's F8 (not F12)
