Hey, just something I noticed today, changed in the last 1 or 2 days. For the Australian Dell store we always had the option of getting an i3 processor (Did the US get this? I wasn't sure) but now that's just... gone.

Wondering here if this is a sign they are phasing out production of the R2 before the R3 gets released? Also I talked to a Dell customer service rep with the online chat thing and he told me it's expected next month, so yeah. Maybe that was the more important information, idk :p

    Anyway, I'm excited :D

Wouldn't read to much into it, probably just not selling.
Or maybe selling to well and cutting into higher spec'd system profits.
M11xR2 i3 no longer available in NZ either.

In the past they dropped the M11xR1 SU4100 then several months later dropped the M11xR1 SU7300. Just a numbers things, but may be also stock reduction of an old spec'd M11x as you suggest.

Ah true. Yeah I realise it's a big jump to go from what I said to R3, but it coincides with many others' April theory at least :)

Can people please stop taking these irrelevant signs for the release of R3?
I don't get how disappearing option of i3 has anything to do with R3 seriously.

No hard feelings though. I guess I am getting too tired of people posting threads about R3 coming up because i7 was no longer available or because the new hinge fix program was initiated.

NO. They stopped a certain i7 and i5 model in NA this doesn't mean R3 at all.. just more/different customizations...

i wish people would just shut it with the R3 speculation: it's starting to become annoying!
