Hi! I have an i5 M11x R2. I installed Call of Duty 4 from Steam. I also installed the latest punkbuster. When I try to run the game, I can hear the audio of the intro videos and the menu music but there is nothing on the screen. At the menu I can move the mouse around and hear the clicks of the objects in the menu.

I am using Nvidia 260.99 Drivers. I have not had problems with other games. I have added Call of Duty 4 to use the Nvidia GPU in the list of programs. This issue also occurs when the computer is set to only output to HDMI.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
    Thanks!

UPDATE: When I set Call of Duty 4 to use integrated graphics, I was able to see the game like normal. However, I do not get the performance of the Nvidia GPU. What can I do?

Please use the search function :) It was already discussed before on another thread. To answer your question, turn off AA while on integrated graphics then us the nvidia graphics when rerunning the game.

Thanks for the reply, could you please post a link to the other thread? I must have missed it. I also reverted back to Nvidia 257.30 drivers and I was able to load the game with the Nvidia GPU with AA enabled. Does anyone know of a way to get AA working with the latest Nvidia drivers?

So far, it's a bug. It's not really another thread. It's a whole ton of posts spread across many threads answering this question :(
