Dell have updated their drivers with WHQL. Unfortunately it seems like it's still base off the 257.30 they have posted previously. I suppose since its the same set with only WHQL signed known issues will still remain eg. crash in Just Cause 2 and Fallout 3. I dont have those 2 games to try. So for those who wish to do so go get it.

Also I have notice they replace this over the 189.79 as their recommended driver for now. It's weird that they have 2 same drivers on page just that one is beta while another is WHQL of the same version while removing the stock driver completely giving user no option to rollback if it doesnt work out for them.
