Yesterday I formated and reinstalled Windows and it went fine, I installed the drivers from Dell, installed Java and Adobe Flash Player but when it was time to update DirectX I only get this message and the installation fails:
"An internal system error occurred. Please refer to DXError.log and DirectX.log in your Windows folder."
I did search through the whole windows folder but I can't find this two log files... What's up with this? Can it be because I already have DirectX installed and it's the latest version?
Thanks for your help.
EDIT: I found the two log files after searching a third time, this is what they say:

EDIT: I checked dxdiag and it says DirectX-version: DirectX 11, maybe I should ignore this error and just start playing?![]()

Do you encounter any errors when playing games? Have you tried reinstalling video driver? If the error still persists after reinstalling driver then I guess all you can do is either ignore it (if gaming and other tasks are not affected) or reinstall windows itself lol
Personally I'd say ignore it if nothing happens when you game anyway. Also, try reinstalling DX11.
