Disable v sync.
Close Black Ops from task manager and run it again. It will now ask you whether you want to run it in safe mode or something.

Actually a friend of mine just let me know that after you disable it you can re-enable it without the black screen issue. Haha weird...oh and i am running at max settings now with vsync enabled

Updated to 267.76 today, however Bioshock 2 still fails to launch. Says the graphics card is not compatible. Whitelisted both Bioshock2.exe and BioshockLauncher in nVidia Control Panel and set GT335M as default.
Error: Info=64 0x8086 0x46 0x1A78.
