If you seen any of my other posts then you would know that I have a strange lag issue where in any given game I can play normally for 10-20 minutes at 80 fps then it will dip down to 10 for a while then go back up and repeat ( I am assuming that the computer is under clocking itself ).

The problem is still there but it seems to be rather random, last night I had no lag at all and it seemed as the problem went away but then again today I am getting the lag more than normal.

One possible issue is of course the temp, which some people say is way too high yet others say is perfectly normal but they never get any underclocking lag. My idle temps ( in Celsius, recorded with ThrottleStop ) are usually high 60s low 70s and while gaming they go to mid 80s and at one time I got it to cap at 90. Yet I see people gaming in the 60s while other game normally at 80s. I am not overclocking at all. The computer is on a hard, flat(ish) surface ( I keep it on a wooden board that I place on my lap and try to keep level, it works well as I can game on my lap and still use a mouse ).

buy a lap fan bro instead of a wooden board...if its flat on a board the intake underneath is not sucking in enough air...laptop fans are so cheap nice ones for 20-30 bucks....if its not an option run to a hardware store grab some rubber feet and stick em to the back 2 corners of your laptop will elevate the fan enough to get that much needed ventilation...
