    M11xR2 USB Issue

    I recently bought a M11xR2 with an i7 processor, 4GB, 250GB and I am very happy with the purchase. About a week ago, both USB ports on the right side, near the microphone/headphone jacks quit working but then started working a couple of hours later. I am having the same problem again. The USB port on the left side near the HDMI port is still working fine.
    I have restarted and turned OC off and the ports still do not work.
    Any suggestions?

    Your options are:
    1) Call Delienware and have them come out to repair/replace
    2) Open the case (if you feel comfortable doing so) and check the connections.
    3) If number 2 doesn't resolve it, see number 1.
