    M11xr1 I need a cable.Please help!

    I have a bad cable on my m11x the tech changed my hinge a couple months back and I just got around to fixing the case alignment, I found a cale that looked crooked when i removed it the pins were bent now it doesnt work.The tech will not call me back.It seems like a common issue but I cant find a replacement its a hamburg -sh e235863 awm 20798 80c 60v vw-1 it connects to the power buuton to mb i believe.Thanks for any help,those numbers are off the flat cable.Thank everyone in advance.

    I did they dont seem to understand,I also contacted the tech that repaired my hinge.I saw a post on here with the same problem,but it was old.Thank you,for the reply,but I need someone other than dell Im getting nowhere with dell.

    If you are not getting anywere with support call back and talk to someone else. If the tech damaged your notebook and won't contact you back you may want to file some sort of complaint.

    I did now I am trying to avoid anymore issues,its a tiny little cable I saw it on here a few months back its the same for m11 m17 etc.I just want to get one and get my m11x working.Thanks

    If it's accessible and visible, could you take a photo and send it to dell with supporting problem discription.

    If you're still under warranty, I'd just stick with Dell until it's repaired. What other options do you have?
