How would you compare these spec wise? The m11x I have is in my description. My friends are telling me the m11x would kik the crap out of the mac with the specs I have.

Depends what GPU the MAC has
    AMD 6490...yup
    AMD 6750...no way
MAC has a better CPU, but you can buy 2 M11x's for the price of good configured MAC.

Personally if you are prepared to go to a 15" in size get the Alienware M14x

I have them all and it is not as easy as comparing specs. I just got m11xR3 for travel (in addition to my usual 11" Air) for cases when I need Windows environment and to play BF3 and Red Orchestra in hotels and it is typical Dell - nice specs, but the rest is crap - screen is awful, keyboard is pretty bad, touchpad is useless etc etc etc.

Still, runs both BF3 and Red Orchestra just fine.

screen is awful, but really, whats wrong with keyboard and touch pad? lovin' both of them here...

And its not really easy to compare the mac with m11x... It all depends on your needs, if you will do a lot of CPU intensive tasks get the macbook i suppose, if you want games on the run get the m11x. Its not really about specs, but more about what you need out of your laptop.
