Well, it would be interesting to hear how this game runs on r2? Right now i have my r1 in service (lcd replacement) but from what i saw in first minutes of gaming runs pretty good on all hight but without APEX enchantments.

    What is your system UnivHQ?

I also played (and finished in a heart beat, man this game will be so cool) the demo and the in-game benchmark gives me around 30-32FPS on medium settings. I have an i7 R2 with 164OC-CPU and 500/1200/850 OC-GPU.

Same as yours with the 259.22 dirvers...I haven't OCed the GPU though. You have on the preset medium settings or did you change anything in custom?

The game on its optimal settings (low) looks and runs better than GTA 4 does on my R1. Barley any stuttering though the exact fps I am unsure of, ill give it a go again later tonight. The slight hiccup does occur every now and then but not to the point where it effects gameplay.

Edit: Just realized there was a benchmark, on medium settings I got a 26fps avg with no gpu oc, just the cpu overclocked to 1.73ghz. On low the fps avg was around 35. Maybe I should look into safely overclocking my gpu :D

Yes, 259.22 drivers. OC'ing GPU will definitely have an effect on your results for this benchmark though. And no, I haven't changed anything in medium settings.

Got some cracking sounds and low performance on streets when i crash. Its like cpu cant handle physics and sound. When i switched "Default Format" in realtek panel sound disappeared from game, but performance become much more smooth.

Are you guys using PhysX? I deleted all AI cloth files in the APEX folder (not Vito's because its so cool) and ran medium settings, windowed, with PhysX on high. I get around 26 fps, which is fine for me considering I have PhysX eating up a lot of stuff.

false alarm, updated audio driver and rebooted my pc, all seems to be alright now.

will try physics soon. from msi afterburner i see that game demand cpu in streets and gpu in buildings, so when i was on a mission and all was in fire i overclocked gpu to 550/1300/900 and had +10 fps.

WOW! OCing the GPU really helps this game. Now I can run at shadows at medium, geometry details on high with everything else ON except for PHYSX and I get an avg fps of 27-29. The game looks beautiful especially with AA enabled.

same here.. did you do the videoconfig file changes? (1 to zero) I wonder if that messed that windowed thing up?

however, it does seem to be something with nvidia overlay though, because when you force full screen the screen goes black.

EDIT: so, I found a way to cheat my brain and eyes into thinking the game isnt running into WINDOWED mode, just change your videoconfig.cfg file to this:

    -3 -25 1366 790 0 0 0 1

so, it will look full screen. I think the full screen problem will only be fixed once better drivers are release to M11X so we dont have to edit the videoconfig.cfg file at all.
